 1-  Install application (with admin rights) by double clicking on "DaVinci_Resolve_10.1_Windows.exe"

You may need to restart your system after install.
 2-  Copy "Resolve.exe" and "fraunhoferdcp.dll" in "Crack - iND" folder and paste them in to install folder by replacing. It is generally to:
      C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve
